The combination of our beautifully designed yoga studio and our amazing instructors makes for the perfect space for yoga practice for the women of Chatham-Kent.

A perfect class for busy mothers. allowing mom to enjoy yoga and introduce baby to the practice all while promoting mom and baby bonding. the yoga portion of class for mom is focused on her post-partum body and includes poses that are interactive with baby. practicing yoga with your baby helps with development, promotes bonding, and is a great way to meet other moms!

A comprehensive Prenatal Yoga class focused on preparing women physically, mentally & emotionally for the process of childbirth & motherhood. This class will increase strength, physical & mental endurance, flexibility, and body awareness, while reducing fatigue & improving relaxation. Prenatal Yoga helps reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tight hips, & heartburn. No previous yoga experience required!
